Welcome to Module 1 Week 3 of the Fertile Ground Holistic Fertility Program

Week 3
This week we will be focusing on Cleansing for Optimal Fertility using  foods that are helpful for optimizing fertility.  
Cleansing for Optimal Fertility
Doing a reset/cleanse is a pathway to release toxins and excess bloat from your tissues, reset your digestive system and renew your baseline of wellbeing and start to put your body into that optimal state for conception.

You will learn how food affects the way you feel, how to attune to your body's unique needs and activate your natural healing potential.

Doing this before you start trying to get pregnant is helpful.  Starting the program with a clean slate will make a difference.

During the reset, we will help your body start to release these toxins and start to heal from within, so you can set yourself up for optimal health and baby-making.

We take toxins in from all around us.  From the food we eat that has pesticides and herbicides on it, to the water we drink, the air we breathe to household chemicals we use.  These toxins are everywhere.  Our body wants to protect us from these toxins, so it builds fat cells to go around our organs to protect us.  During this time, it sends signals to the brain to stop all processes.  This includes making a baby.

If you can release these toxins, your body realizes it is safe and baby-making commences.  Putting your body into the optimal state for conception and intentionally eating for fertility means so much more than just "eating healthy" or taking fertility drugs or supplements.  It requires a complete commitment to your health which may require you to change you relationship to food and your body.

Where are you on the hunger scale? Monitor yourself throughout the day.  Too hungry?   Make sure you are using the Magic Plate and eating enough at each meal.  Famished?  Try adding more protein to each meal and snack.  Satisfied?  Great!  That's what we are aiming for!  Uncomfortable?  Is it just this meal or is this a common way you feel after meals?  If so, try eliminating some foods at each meal-making sure you are including all the important parts of a healthy meal.  Too full?  Again, is this just this meal or frequently?  If so, take some time to evaluate what is on your plate, why you are eating - bored, frustrated, what emotions are you feeling?  See what you change.
Putting A Plan Together
Cleansing for Overall Fertility Health - Start here.  This guide gives you information on why to cleanse, cleansing foods, a simple 6 week guide and some supporting protocols.

Fertility Detox Challenge - This guide gives you a detox challenge using soups and smoothies with the option of using one soup or smoothie, two soups or smoothies or three soups or smoothies a day with having nutritious meals when not having a soup or smoothie.  Just make sure your are consuming enough nutrients.  You can use the information and recipes from the next program to go along with this plan.  Recipes for the soups and smoothies are provided for you.  See if there are any you would like to make and incorporate into your daily plan!

28 Day ResetThis is a 28 Day Reset Plan that is broken down into phases.  Recipes and meal plans are provided.  These recipes and plans can be incorporated into the Fertility Detox Challenge.

28 Day Reset Recipe Book
- Here is the recipe book that goes along with the 28 Day Reset.  Again, you can use the recipes for the Fertility Detox Program.

Fertility Nutrition Basics - Use this guide after completing a program.  It is full of foods, guidelines, what to eat before ovulation, during ovulation, after ovulation, top foods for natural fertility, macro-nutrients, and important nutrients for fertility.

Session Action Guide - Use this as you are working through a cleanse.

Post Cleanse Guide - Refer to this after your cleanse.

BONUS:  Discover Your Cravings Type - This guide will give you some insight into your personal cravings type to reclaim the health and energy you deserve.

  13. Continue using your journal, doing gratitudes and affirmations
  14. We will review cycle information, lessons from this week and any questions or concerns you may have and review what is working and not working for you at our next appointment
